The Moon
From Inner Worlds to Outer Space
This autumn the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art will devote its South Wing to a comprehensive
exhibition across aesthetic boundaries about one of the great motifs of our culture: the Moon.
The exhibition, consisting of around 150 works, paints a multifaceted portrait of the Earth's only natural satellite through art, film, music, literature, objects from cultural history, design, architecture, natural science and astronomy.
Concept and Curator of the exhibition: Marie Laurberg, Louisiana.
